2. Proposals and Contracting

Any quote, estimate, creative concept, render, mood board or preliminary document provided by MAPOLA STUDIO is for informational purposes only and will not be binding unless there is a service provision contract duly signed by both parties.

Formal contracting of services will only be carried out through the signing of a written contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, floral designs, visual proposals, methodologies and materials developed by MAPOLA STUDIO are the intellectual property of the studio and may not be used, reproduced or executed without express authorization, except under the terms established in the corresponding contract.

4. Communications

By submitting an information request, the user authorizes MAPOLA STUDIO to contact them by email or through the provided means, in order to follow up on their request and share information related to the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

MAPOLA STUDIO will not be liable for decisions made by the user based solely on information published on the website or in preliminary communications. The scope, costs, timelines, and final responsibilities will be established exclusively in the signed contracts.

6. Applicable Legislation

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
